I dag deltager jeg for første gang i en bloghop.
Det er spændende og jeg er glad for at få lov til at være med. Vi bloghopper nemlig med vores "storesøster" i USA - OWH.

This is the sketch for my card... courtesy of Paula the talented sketchmaker at OWH - how cool to have your own sketchmaker.
Kortet skulle holdes i det danske flags farver, så derfor er det kun rødt og hvidt. Samtidig har jeg valgt at give mit kort et lokalt islæt ved at bruge svanerne inden i hjertet. De optræder nemlig i min bys byvåben og er forresten også Danmarks nationalfugl.
This is my card for the joint OWH/OSH bloghop. Red and white as the Danish flag and I used this specific die with the hearts and the swans as this is a part of the coat of arms for our munipality. I really enjoy being part of OSH and recently made a lot of cards when I was grounded with a bad leg for quite some time. Charlie and I go back a long time - we met when we were leaders of the girl scouts in Central Copenhagen. Charlie introduced me to the world of scrapbooking and I never looked back since.

Very interesting to hear how the swaps are a part of your coat of arms and so perfect for a love themed card as well. I know many OWHers can relate to having been introduced to card making and scrap booking by friends. That is how I began as well. :)
